Refund Policy

General Refund Policy

  • Once a user subscribes to a yearly care plan, the subscription is considered confirmed and non-refundable after services have started (e.g., lab test booked, consultation scheduled, or health session delivered).

  • Refunds will only be considered under specific conditions outlined below and are subject to review by our customer support team.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after subscription confirmation.

  • Partial usage of services (e.g., only one test or consultation used).

  • Missed or rescheduled appointments by the customer without prior notice (less than 24 hours).

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For UPI or bank transfers, we may request account details to process the refund.

  • No cash refunds will be issued.
